Winter Skincare Routine – How to take care of your Skin.

There is no denying that everybody loves cool weather However, that means dealing with chapped lips, static hair ,and dry, itchy skin . Ugh! The answer is layering. From furry Winter coat , cozy Cardigans, and trendy puffer jackets to moisturizers , oil and balm, layer Right and you’ll be toasty and smooth skinned all winter long. But it’s so much colder up …Then how do you deal with skincare based on kind of winter we have .

Fear not we’ ve got a perfect winter skincare routine .

1. Use Lakewarm water

It’s very important to go for hot shower when the temperature is dipping. But doing this can harmful for your skin, avoid them. Instead of hot water you can use lakewarm water to shower and wash your face. Hot shower dry your skin quickly and if you don’t moisturizer it immediately, your skin develop crack. Once you take shower with lakewarm water apply moisturizer it prevents dryness.

2. Best Moisturizer

Using a best moisturizer is necessary for your skin not skin also body. Your skin need extra moisturising after shower during winter. As soon as you step out of the shower , Slather on some moisturizer while your skin is so damp. But Insure the cream with fragrance and preservatives because they can further dry your skin causing irritation.

3. Choose Skincare Products Wisely

Choosing a good product is not a child play ….What makes your skin happy during summer can make sad during winter. You should change your product according to season. The key healthy and glowing skin is using mild skincare product. Choose a good cleanser that clean your skin and a good moisturizer which is free from paraffin. Choose product according to your skin type. Don’t use any product which contain alcohol it can dry your skin.

4. Stay Hydrated

Be inside or outside your home the air is dry and the result is water evaporates from your body. Hence you need to stay hydrated. This will keep your skin happy and healthy.

5. Proper Diet

Consume a lot of seasonal fruit and veggies. Eat veggies that contains vitamin and antioxidants which is good for your skin keeps your skin healthy and glowing. Strawberry, grapes, black berry anything that you love. Try different varieties of soup, salad , juice. Milk is also source of vitamin which also provide us energy and give your body proper nutrition.

6. Do exercise

Do you also love exercise… I also but doing it in a daily routine or in proper way can help us to keep healthy. But in winter we feel lazy and it is also hard in winter but do it if you love your skin. It makes your skin healthy as well as glowing naturally . It is little bit difficult but say yourself that you can do it and go for it.

7. Don’t forget hands and feet

Choose a good product like I usually use Vaseline. Choose your which contain glycerine and petroleum gelly. Comparing to other body parts feet and hand needs more care and to moisturizer. It makes crack and itching when you don’t apply moisturizer . Don’t go outside without applying moisturizer on hands and feet.

8. Follow a daily Skincare routine

Here are the basic tips and skincare routine that you can follow easily . First clean your skin with cleanser twice in a day once in morning and in night before going to bed . After washing your face apply moisturizer and you can also use toner which give a good tone to your skin. You can apply strong Moisturizer over night.

9. Care your lips

Lips are one of the most essential part of our face . If we don’t care it then it’s sucks our beauty so apply a good lip balm or lip gloss daily . If you going to apply lipstick insure fist you apply lip balm.

10. Protect your skin

Protect your skin from air of course it’s winter . Cold air can harmful for your skin wear caps and gloves don’t forget to apply sunscreen lotion . The warm Sun rays fells better but the UV rays can damage your skin. Choose a good quality lotion .
